Fred will tell you what he sees during the first 25 minutes, followed by a 20 minute question and answer period. Includes a CD.

If by phone and you want a CD made and mailed to you add an additional $10.

You must use Billing Address and Phone Number connected with your Credit Card as well as provide a phone number where the office can contact you to schedule your session or to obtain the information.

A Final Important Note About Declined Cards:
PLEASE! If your sale is declined, immediately call our office at 602-433-7761 and let us assist you. Do NOT try to replace the order. Every decline costs the merchant money. Declines are usually an easy fix... Mostly occuring due to entering an address or zip code that does not match that on file with the credit card being used!
